Course: ENGL 4510 Grant and Proposal Writing

For my final artifact, I selected the capstone project from my Grant and Proposal Writing course. As mentioned earlier, I am deeply passionate about promoting digital literacy among youth, particularly in response to the growing influence of social media and screen time. Unlike my persuasion essay, this proposal allowed me to translate my ideas into a practical, real-world context.
The project was directed at the Georgia State Board of Education, requiring me to adopt a highly professional tone and structure. Although writing for such a formal audience might have been daunting early in my studies, the experience I gained over the past two years made me feel confident in my ability to deliver. With more time, I would have liked to deepen my research into budgeting processes to propose a more accurate financial plan, as well as refine my concluding argument.
